Our App simplifies survey delivery, response analysis, and reporting to help merchants improve their services.We act as a data controller for the personal data of merchants who install and use the App ("Merchant Data"). For personal data collected from a merchant’s customers ("Customer Data"), we act as a data processor, as the merchant determines the purposes and means of processing.

Mailgun: To send automated survey emails.
Fly.io: For server hosting.
Shopify: To operate the App via their APIs.All third parties comply with data protection laws and process data only for specified purposes.

Data may be transferred outside your country via Fly.io. We ensure transfers comply with GDPR and other laws using safeguards like adequacy decisions or contractual clauses.
Data Retention
Merchant Data:
Retained while the App is installed. Deleted within 30 days of uninstallation.
Customer Data:
Deleted when the merchant uninstalls the App or requests removal.
